Richard Weiland

Richard Weiland has a broad range of experience in the field of business development, project engineering, and process development. Currently serving as the Business Director, Nanocoating Applications at HZO, Richard excels in managing sales data infrastructure, financial analysis, and reporting to leadership and the Board of Directors. Prior to their current role, Richard held positions such as Business Development Manager and Project Engineer at Cormetech, where Richard oversaw sales activities, product design, and provided hands-on support for field service projects at power plants. Richard holds a Master of Business Administration from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University.
