Rhonda Kusher

Rhonda Kusher has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple roles in finance and accounting. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Accounting Supervisor at Essex Partners, where they supervised staff accountants and managed cash flows for the hotel division. Rhonda then moved on to Pulsafeeder in 1998, where they served as a Senior Accountant and Payroll Manager, overseeing financial reporting and accounts payable. In 2003, Rhonda joined Wilmorite Property Management as a Staff Accountant, responsible for financial processes and reporting for shopping mall properties. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as an Accountant II at Paetec Communications Inc, managing financial processes and preparing financial statements for subsidiary companies. Rhonda then joined Windstream Communications, formerly PAETEC Communications, as a Finance Consultant and Manager of Business Operations from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for the development and execution of annual budgets and expense management, as well as financial analysis and customer profitability models. From 2013 to 2015, Rhonda worked at CALERO Software LLC as a Manager of Finance and Accounting, where they managed the Revenue Assurance team and prepared financial analysis and cash forecasts. After that, they were employed at Pharos Systems International from 2015 to 2017 as a Financial Analyst, providing financial analysis and preparing monthly financial results. Rhonda then took on the role of Controller at Forteq North America from 2017 to 2018, and subsequently at Johnston RV Country from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at RocNet Supply, Inc. since December 2023.

Rhonda Kusher has an MBA in Accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo. Rhonda also holds an Associates degree in Accounting from Monroe Community College. Rhonda has additional certifications in SuiteBasics and SuiteFoundation from NetSuite, obtained in 2022.
