Susan van Wissen

Susan van Wissen has extensive experience in product management and project management roles. Susan is currently a Product Manager at ROCSYS since November 2021. Previously, they worked as a Product Owner at PFM Intelligence Group from October 2019 to April 2020, where they represented customers in a multifunctional software development team. At Alliander, Susan held two roles as a Product Manager. Susan was a Product Manager at Alliander IT Assets from January 2019 to September 2019, and a Product Manager at Smart Society Services from June 2016 to December 2018. In their role at Smart Society Services, they were responsible for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, pre-sales consultancy, and managing scrum teams for IoT products and services. Prior to that, Susan worked as a Product and Project Manager at Evalan from April 2011 to May 2016, where they managed the development of a new wearable device for the EU-funded Daphne project. Susan also gained experience as an Intern at Mekelle University of Technology, where they conducted research on clean drinking water in rural areas and designed a new water filter during their internship from March 2009 to August 2009.

Susan van Wissen completed their education chronologically, starting with their high school at Adelbert College, from 1996 to 2002. After that, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Later, they continued their studies at the same university, earning a Master's Degree in Industrial Design Engineering from 2007 to 2010.
