Ashley Minnerath

Ashley Minnerath is an experienced professional in community relations and sustainable agriculture, currently serving as the Community Relations Manager at Rodale Institute since November 2022. Prior roles include Site Director and Farm Steward at General Mills' Cascadian Farm Home Farm from July 2014 to September 2022, where strategic leadership and organic farming research were key responsibilities. Ashley also held significant positions at the Xerces Society for Invertebrate Conservation from April 2010 to July 2014, including Pollinator Program Administrator and Assistant, focusing on sustainable agriculture partnerships and public outreach. Ashley's career began with an internship at Rural Renewable Energy Alliance in 2008, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy & Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth, earned in 2009.
