Rupali Jain

Rupali Jain, P.Eng. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rodan Energy Solutions Inc. since September 2025. Prior roles include Manager of Engineering - Asset Strategy & Maintenance and Energy Innovation Consultant at Toronto Hydro from January 2020 to September 2025, and Project Engineer at S&C Electric Company between December 2014 and January 2020. Earlier experience includes positions as an Electrical Design Engineer at METSCO Energy Solutions and Essar, and a Graduate Research Student at the University of Waterloo, where Rupali focused on Energy Management Systems.
