Minetta Archer

Minetta Archer is an experienced sales and education professional with a strong background in the beauty and wellness industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at Rodan + Fields since July 2021, Minetta previously held the position of Director of Field Relations and Development at Beautycounter, where responsibilities included developing a territory of independent consultants and leaders within an $87 million territory. Prior experience includes roles such as Regional Sales and Education Manager at Murad, Sr. Account Executive/Trainer at Anthony Brands, and Account Executive/Trainer at Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare, among others. Minetta began a career in education as an English Teacher at Sol Barcelona Language Academy and has foundational experience in training and development from tenure at Frederic Fekkai & Co and Nordstrom. Minetta Archer holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Columbia College Chicago.
