Steve McCarthy

Steve McCarthy has extensive work experience in finance and executive leadership roles. Steve served as the VP of Finance at Rodan + Fields, where they played a key role in the company's dermatology-inspired products. Prior to this, they were the VP of Finance at Auction.com, responsible for improving the finance and accounting functions in the online real estate marketplace. Steve also held the position of VP of Finance at SuccessFactors. Furthermore, Steve served as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Nelson Companies, overseeing a $250 million global human capital company. Steve was also the CEO of BASE Consulting Group, specializing in business intelligence and analytics solutions. Additionally, they worked as the CFO at Robert Mondavi and started their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where they progressed to the position of Senior Manager and worked with various industries.
