Khaled Al Beik, CFA, CMA, DipIFR, SCPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial management. Currently serving as the Country Finance & Admin Officer at the Norwegian Red Cross since May 2019, Khaled is responsible for the preparation of operational and cash flow budgets, as well as forecasting project expenditures. Previously, as the Head of Budgeting & Cost Control at DEZPC from April 2016 to April 2019, Khaled oversaw annual budget preparations, variance analysis, and proposed ERP system changes to enhance financial processes. Khaled has also worked as a Finance Consultant for Cham Contracting & Engineering and held a role as a Senior Cost Controller at DEZPC from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included facilitating budget preparation and financial reporting. Khaled holds a Bachelor of Economy, Accounting from Damascus University.
