Miriam Dieserud

Miriam Dieserud is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in organizational and leadership development, as well as employee wellbeing. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Norges Røde Kors since July 2019, Miriam has played a key role in establishing the Global Surge Team and managing HR responsibilities for Emergency Response delegates. Previous roles include HR Generalist and Administrator at IKEA Group, Personalkonsulent at TINE SA, Recruitment Coordinator at Tesla, and HR Intern at Nordic Choice Hotels. Educated at Kristiania University College with a Bachelor's degree in HR and Personnel Management, Miriam also holds a study degree in Human Rights from CT State Gateway. Early career experience includes teaching assistance and voluntary work focused on wildlife conservation.
