Wouter Rhebergen

Wouter Rhebergen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regional program management and international collaboration. Currently serving as Regional Program Manager at Rode Kruis-Vlaanderen since January 2018, Wouter supports Belgian Red Cross Flanders' initiatives in Mozambique, Tanzania, and Uganda. Previous roles include Country Representative for Mozambique, where responsibilities involved liaising with the Mozambique Red Cross Society and enhancing organizational capacities. Wouter is also the owner of WouteR Consulting, providing consultancy services since August 2012. Prior to these roles, Wouter held the position of Technical Manager at WE Consult from 2009 to 2017, focusing on project and financial management in Mozambique. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Geoenvironmental Sciences from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
