Margaret Sleeper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently serving as Call Center Manager and Customer Service Representative Team Lead at Rodenhiser Plumbing, Heating, A/C & Electrical since May 2015, Margaret Sleeper is responsible for managing communication channels and ensuring effective message retrieval. Previously, Margaret Sleeper worked at Beginnings School from July 2012 to August 2020, where responsibilities included converting customer calls into service appointments while fostering professional rapport to encourage repeat business.
