Alfie Pearce-Higgins has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they started their career as a FIG M&A Intern at Deutsche Bank. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Trader/Analyst at Barclays Capital. In 2012, they joined the Nigerian Infrastructure Advisory Facility (NIAF) as a Power Programme Manager. Following that, from 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Programme Manager at Samarth - NMDP. In 2016, they served as a Project Director at GROW Liberia. From 2017 to 2020, Alfie worked as the CFO at SafeBoda. In 2012, they joined Adam Smith International (ASI) as a Senior Manager on the Economic Reform Team, where they worked until 2017. In 2021, they briefly served as the Director of Business Performance at Dija. Most recently, they co-founded Rodeo in September 2021.
Alfie Pearce-Higgins began their education in 2001 at Winchester College, where they completed their GCSEs in 2004. Alfie then attended Hereford Sixth Form College from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained their A levels. In 2006, they enrolled at the University of Bristol and graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Maths. In April 2014, Alfie obtained a certification in CFA from the CFA Institute.
