Joanna Graham

JoAnna Graham is currently the Revenue Cycle Manager for Orthodontics and Posting at Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics. JoAnna manages two departments, the Orthodontic Billing Team and the Bank/Posting Team. JoAnna ensures accurate account collections, timely submission of claims, manages patient and insurance payment plans, and works closely with the orthodontic operations team. Prior to their current role, JoAnna worked as a Billing Coordinator at Altius Healthcare Dental Management and as a Lead Registered Dental Assistant at Dental Zone. JoAnna has a Diploma in Registered Dental Assisting from Concorde Career College and a High School Diploma from Mansfield Timberview High School.
