Stephanie Ragsdale

Stephanie Ragsdale is currently the Senior Director People and Culture at Rodeo Dental & Orthodontics since January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie worked as the Manager of People and Culture at NewcrestImage from February 2020 to January 2022. Stephanie also has experience as a Corporate Recruiter at Hulcher Services and Onin Staffing, and as a Recruiter at Carol Turnage Legal Staffing. With a background in aviation, Stephanie worked at Southwest Airlines for over two decades in various roles including Sr. Manager Call Center Operations, Employee Relations and Administration Manager, and Recruiting Manager. Stephanie also served as the Technical Recruiting Team Leader at Southwest Airlines during a brief period in 1999 and 2000. Stephanie holds a degree from Texas Tech University, graduating in 1991.
