Benjamin Fernandez

Benjamin Fernandez began their work experience in 2014 at the Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital and Trauma Center, where they worked in Technology & Web Development for UCSF until 2018. In the same year, they joined The George Washington University as a Researcher in the Computer Vision Lab, a position they held until 2020. In 2018, they also started working at Genentech, initially as a Software Engineer/PM until 2019, at which point they took on the role of Lead Software Engineer/Product Manager until 2022. Benjamin also served as the Mindfulness Co-lead at Genentech from 2019 to 2022. Most recently, in 2022, they co-founded Rodeo and became the CEO.
