Nelse Miller

Nelse Miller is a seasoned lawyer currently serving as Of Counsel at Rodey Law Firm since February 2022. With an extensive background in legal education and practice, Nelse Miller has held various prominent positions, including Partner at Lewis Brisbois and Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, LLP, focusing on complex personal injury and real estate/construction law across California and New Mexico. Additionally, Nelse Miller contributed to the National Institute of Trial Advocacy as an instructor from 2005 to 2022 and served on the Supervisory Council for the American Bar Association's Real Property, Probate and Trust Section. Nelse Miller is a graduate of The T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, holding a Juris Doctor degree, and also earned a Bachelor of Arts in French Language from the University of Virginia.
