Allen Messer

Allen Messer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in preconstruction management and business development within the construction industry. Currently serving as Senior MEP Preconstruction Manager at Rodgers Builders, Inc. since July 2014, Allen's prior roles include Director of Preconstruction at Skanska USA Building Inc. and various leadership positions in organizations such as Coastal Mechanical Services, Inc. and Control Solutions, LTD, LLC. Allen has also contributed to the community as an Executive Board Member with the South Florida Council- BSA and as Director for the USGBC South Florida Chapter. With an academic background including a Master's in Business Administration from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor's in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida, Allen possesses a strong foundation in both engineering and management.
