Quint Dorner

Quint Dorner is an experienced construction professional currently serving as a Superintendent at Rodgers Builders, Inc. since February 2019, contributing to projects such as the Wells Fargo CIC Parking Deck and the Charlotte Water Zone 4 Operations Center. Prior to this role, Quint worked as an Assistant Superintendent on various projects including Vantage South End and Southminster Retirement Community. With a robust background at Holder Construction Company as a Senior Field Coordinator and Field Coordinator, along with earlier positions ranging from Carpenter to Project Leader, Quint has developed a comprehensive skill set in the construction industry. Quint holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Building Science/Business from Appalachian State University and an Associate’s Degree in Philosophy and Physics from Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute.
