Kelly Donovan

Kelly Donovan is an accomplished Natural Resources Specialist at Rodgers Consulting since April 2021, with extensive experience in environmental science and research. At the University of Queensland since 2015, Kelly has engaged in diverse fieldwork, including wetland delineations and environmental impact assessments, and has participated in significant research focusing on gorgonian communities in the Bahamas. Previous roles include Environmental Scientist at Dewberry, where Kelly led large-scale projects and complied with environmental regulations, and various positions that emphasized conservation and education, such as Research Assistant at the Marine Spatial Ecology Lab and Conservation Science Intern at the World Wildlife Fund. Kelly holds a Master’s Degree in Conservation Science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, complemented by a background as a student-athlete on the NCAA Women’s Varsity Soccer Team.
