Paula Delaney

Paula Delaney is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Social Sciences at Roding Valley High School since September 2024. Prior to this role, Paula held various leadership positions, including Head of Programme Design at the National Institute of Teaching and Head of Content at Teacher Development Trust. With a strong background in learning design and instructional leadership, Paula has also contributed as Head of Learning at the National College of Education and in various teaching roles across multiple institutions. Paula's academic credentials include a Master of Education in Leadership and Management from The Open University and a Post Graduate Diploma from University College Dublin, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Maynooth University.
