Paula Delaney is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Head of Social Sciences at Roding Valley High School since September 2024. Prior to this role, Paula held various leadership positions, including Head of Programme Design at the National Institute of Teaching and Head of Content at Teacher Development Trust.
