Fernando Carvajal is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. Currently serving as Associate Partner at Rödl & Partner Spain since February 2019, Fernando previously held the position of Socio responsable de Corporate - M&A at CECA MAGÁN ABOGADOS, where expertise was concentrated on cross-border investment operations between Spain and Germany. Prior to this, Fernando was an attorney and partner at Peñafort Abogados, specializing in commercial law, insolvency law, and corporate restructuring. Fernando began legal career as an associate attorney at Deloitte & Touche Estudio Jurídico y Fiscal. Academically, Fernando holds degrees in German law and corporate advisory from prestigious institutions, including Universidad Pontificia Comillas and the Gemeinsames Juristisches Prüfungsamt der Länder Berlin und Brandenburg.
