Frank Breitenfeldt

Frank Breitenfeldt has a diverse work experience in the field of transaction services and auditing. Frank started their career in 1988 as a Steuerfachgehilfe at Steuerbüro Hageböke and worked there until 1991. Frank then joined KPMG Deutschland in 1997, where they held various roles including Audit Associate, Senior Audit Associate, Associate Manager Transaction Services, and Manager Transaction Services. In 2005, they joined KPMG US as a Manager Transaction Services and later became the Director Transaction Services. In 2012, they joined Rödl & Partner USA as Principal - Transaction Services and eventually became the Partner - Head of Transaction Services in June 2015.

Frank Breitenfeldt completed their Abitur at the Gymnasium an der Willmsstr. in Delmenhorst from 1981 to 1988. Later, they pursued their higher education at Technische Universität Berlin, where they obtained a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Accounting and Taxes from 1993 to 1997.
