Judith Moneke-Schmidt

Judith Moneke-Schmidt has a diverse work experience. Judith is currently working as the Head of Employer Branding at Rödl & Partner since February 2023. Prior to this role, they were the Learning & Development Manager at noris network AG from September 2021 to January 2023. Judith also worked at Rödl & Partner as a Referentin Personalentwicklung from May 2013 to August 2021. Judith started their career as a Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen from May 2010 to November 2012.

Judith Moneke-Schmidt obtained their Magister degree in Ethnologie from The University of Göttingen, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Judith then pursued an Ausbildung zur systemisch-integrativen Coachin at Claro Seminare, completing it in 2019. Prior to that, they acquired their Personalfachkauffrau certification from IHK Oberbayern in 2013.
