Melanie Depner

Melanie Depner is currently working as an HR Assistant at Rödl & Partner since October 2022. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Schwan Cosmetics International GmbH as a Praktikantin im Bereich Human Resources & Development. Melanie also gained experience at Vitesco Technologies during their Praxissemester im Bereich Human Resources and as a Werkstudentin im Bereich Human Resources at Nexans. Melanie completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft at Hochschule Ansbach - University of Applied Sciences in September 2022. Throughout their various roles, Melanie has been involved in recruiting, training, employee support, and administrative HR tasks.
