Otto H. Gies

Otto H. Gies serves as the Managing Director and Owner of Curiga Management & Trading GmbH since August 2017, focusing on asset management, consulting, and trading. Concurrently, Gies holds a shareholder position at Rodos BioTarget GmbH, a leader in targeted nanocarrier-mediated delivery systems for innovative therapeutics. Gies has been a Board Member of LauRAG (Aktiengesellschaft) i.G. since March 2017, participating in renewable energy projects and land decontamination efforts. As a Board Member and Founder of Crossroads Foundation, Gies engages in social initiatives across Vietnam, Brazil, and Ivory Coast, aiding disadvantaged populations. Gies previously led the 3B Scientific Group from February 1988 to January 2017, managing operations across multiple countries. Earlier career roles include Department Manager at East Wind Ship and Shipyard Supplies GmbH and Assistant at Hans Mehr Groß und Außenhandel Import Export KG, along with service as an Air Force Officer in the Bundeswehr. Education was completed at Helmut-Schmidt-Universität/Universität der Bundeswehr Hamburg.
