Katie Ware, PE, currently serves as an Engineering Supervisor and Infrastructure Team Lead at Rodriguez, a position held since October 2021, following roles as a Senior Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer at WRA Engineering and in various capacities at Rodriguez from April 2018 to October 2021, including Assistant Manager and Staff Engineer. Katie began their career at Amec Foster Wheeler as a Water Resources Engineering Professional, E.I.T., and gained research experience as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, focusing on water quality monitoring in the Great Smoky Mountains.
