Joshua Milsop has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Joshua began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they held various roles such as Maintenance Division Manager, Regional Safety Officer, and Quality Assurance Representative. In these roles, they were responsible for ensuring strict adherence to maintenance standards, conducting inspections, and overseeing safety requirements for a large workforce.

After leaving the Marine Corps, Milsop joined United Airlines as a Maintenance Material Coordinator before transitioning to the private sector.
