Ricky Pharo

Ricky Pharo has a strong background in golf-related roles, starting with their current position as the Head PGA Golf Professional at Roehampton Club since July 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Group Head Professional at Matthew Paget Ltd within the Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club from November 2017 to July 2020. Before that, Ricky was a PGA Golf Professional at Royal Mid Surrey Golf Club from January 2014 to July 2020.

Ricky also has experience as a Golf Coach at Shrewsbury School from April 2012 to January 2014, where they delivered structured golf sessions to Year 9 and 10 students.

Prior to that, Ricky worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at Shrewsbury Golf Club from June 2010 to January 2014. In this role, they led and coordinated group coaching programs, with a focus on beginner ladies and junior golfers. Ricky successfully completed a foundation degree in Professional Golf during this time.

Ricky Pharo began their education in 2007 at the University of Lincoln, where they pursued a BSc degree in Sport Development and Coaching with a focus on Golf Studies. Ricky completed this degree in 2010. Following this, Ricky enrolled at the University of Birmingham from 2010 to 2013 to obtain a Foundation Degree in Professional Golf.
