Majert has extensive experience in the plastics industry, including roles as COO at thyssenkrupp Plastics GmbH from 2009 to 2019 and as a strategic purchasing leader at Thyssen Röhm Kunststoffe GmbH. Earlier in their career, Majert held various positions at Thyssen Schulte GmbH, including management trainee and product manager, and earned a Diplom-Kaufmann degree in Economics from Universität zu Köln in 1989.
