Raphael Ceccaci de Santi

Raphael Ceccaci de Santi started their work experience at AMS Automotive in 1999, where they worked in sales and administrative roles until 2004. Raphael then joined Grupo M.CASSAB and held various positions such as supply analyst, manager trainee & business intelligence, commercial coordinator, commercial manager, and supply manager. Their responsibilities included managing teams, contract negotiations, market analysis, and developing new products and suppliers. In 2013, they joined Evonik as a commercial manager and later became the director and general manager for Central & South America. Raphael was responsible for the Business Line Active Oxygens, managing P&L, a production facility, and the Hydrogen Peroxide market. In 2024, Raphael joined Roehm as the Vice President & General Manager of the Americas.

Raphael Ceccaci de Santi earned a Bachelor of Law degree with a field of study in Direito from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM between 2020 and 2025. Prior to that, they pursued an MBA in Logística Empresarial with a field of study in Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos e Logística from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2010 to 2014. In 2011, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program in Business and Management for International Professionals from UC Irvine. Their educational journey started with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Foreign Trade from Universidade Ibirapuera between 2004 and 2007.
