Tyneshia Dickinson, MBA-HRM, currently serves as a Sr. Benefits Analyst at Roehm, specializing in the strategic oversight and administration of comprehensive employee benefits programs, including regulatory compliance and vendor management during corporate changes. Prior to this role, Tyneshia worked as a Benefits Administrator at ConnectiveRx, overseeing full-cycle benefits administration and enhancing employee engagement through effective onboarding. Tyneshia also held the position of Sr. Human Resource Associate, where responsibilities included data processing for HRIS and managing leave of absence programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at Vanguard Medical Group, where Tyneshia developed HR policies and led onboarding efforts.
