Brett Granum has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Volunteer Representative for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Analyst Intern for both Property Reserve, Inc. and NAP Capital. In 2012, they joined Evergreen Devco, Inc. as an Associate Project Manager for a brief period. In 2012, they also started working at Granum Partners as an Asset Manager until 2016. From 2015 to 2015, they worked as an MBA Intern at Mainstreet. Finally, since 2016, they have been with ROEM, initially as an Acquisitions & Operations Manager and currently serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Operations.
Brett Granum obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a focus on Finance from Brigham Young University in 2011. Brett then went on to complete a Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) degree from USC Dollinger Master of Real Estate Development in 2015. Following this, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2016. Prior to their university education, Brett attended Saratoga High School and The Harker School. In terms of additional certifications, they achieved Real Estate Financial Modeling Levels 1&2 with Distinction in May 2014, obtained an Arizona Real Estate License in 2013, and has experience with Argus, although the specific details of the institution and year of completion for the latter are not provided.
