Miriam Shlafman

Miriam Shlafman has a diverse work experience. Miriam is currently working at Roga Partners as the Head of Talent and Culture, where they started in December 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Human Resources Assistant at the same company. Previously, in 2022, they served as an Internship Coordinator at JInternship | Onward Israel. In 2021, Miriam worked as the Member Development and Support Coordinator at Temple University Society of Human Resource Management (TUSHRM). In 2020, they founded their own business called The Self-Love Method. Miriam also has experience as a Founder at Owlwakening from 2019 to 2021 and as a Barista at Neroli: Health Food Store & Diner in 2019. Additionally, Miriam worked as a Professional Dancer at Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company from January to June 2019.

Miriam Shlafman earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Human Resource Management from Temple University between 2016 and 2022. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Advanced Meditation from Higher Yoga and Business Mentorship from Online Coach University in 2020. In 2019, they also received a Yoga Specialty Certification from Yoga Alliance and became a Dancer through the Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company.
