Doug Spooner

Doug Spooner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in construction and military service. Currently serving as a Plant Trainer and CPCS Tester/NVQ Assessor at Roger Bullivant Limited since July 2019, Doug also holds the position of Mould Department Team Leader at FP McCann Ltd, focusing on the production of concrete master moulds for various precast concrete products since November 2015. Previous military experience includes serving as a Warrant Officer in the 4th Battalion the Mercian Regiment from July 2010 to January 2015, with extensive training in infantry operations and leadership courses. Doug's career began as a Carpenter and Mould Maker at Buchan Concrete Solutions Ltd from August 1988 to August 2005.
