Izar Apraiz

Izar Apraiz currently serves as the Area Sales Manager for Manufacture Roger Dubuis, responsible for driving the luxury watch brand's commercial strategy and sales team development across Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Portugal. Prior to this, Izar held the position of International Retail Learning & Development Lead at Swatch Ltd., focusing on enhancing global customer experience and organizational structure. With extensive experience across various roles including Sr. Area Manager for EMEA at Coach, Sales Manager for Asia at Desigual, and International Account Manager at CHARLES & KEITH GROUP, Izar has developed a strong background in sales performance, customer service, and training across multiple regions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from the University of Maryland.
