Mary Santoro

Mary Santoro, MS.L, CMCS, GCSC, CCSP, GCDF, is currently a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach at Gallup, focusing on strengths-based development to enhance employee performance. As the Director of Career Services at the RWU Center for Career and Professional Development since May 2017, Mary oversees advising and operations, leads student relations programs, and collaborates with employers to meet the career needs of various academic departments. With extensive experience in career advising, Mary has held multiple roles at RWU, including Associate Director and Career Advisor. Additionally, Mary serves as an adjunct faculty member at Roger Williams University, directing senior engineering students in career development topics. Mary holds a Master of Science in Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Roger Williams University.
