Shubham Mathur currently holds the position of Production and QA/QC Supervisor at Benchmark Genetics Tilapia, overseeing the commercial production of genetically improved Nile tilapia fingerlings and supervising infrastructural improvements and a diverse team since February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Marine, Atmospheric and Earth Science from January 2021 to January 2022, where responsibilities involved maintaining systems and infrastructure, caring for fish, and managing data for research while also coordinating public relations and outreach.
