Paulo Camolesi, CRMP, is a seasoned management professional with extensive experience in operational risk, third-party risk management, and business controls across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Business Controls at Rogers Bank since February 2024, Paulo previously held multiple associate director positions at RBC Investor Services, where responsibilities included overseeing operational resilience and supplier relationships. Prior to RBC, Paulo held a senior management role at BMO Financial Group, focusing on supplier relationships and risk mitigation, and has also managed risk at Global Payments Inc. and CIBC.
