Terry Mimnaugh

Terry Mimnaugh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the building services and HVAC industries. Currently serving as President at Rogers Building Solutions since January 2022, Terry previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at City Wide Building Services from October 2019 to July 2021. Other notable positions include VP/GM for the Southeast at Source Refrigeration & HVAC, General Manager and Regional Service Operations Manager at Johnson Controls, and Vice-President of Service at Integrated Electric Services. From June 2006 to June 2010, Terry was President of EMCOR Services Aircond, leading the largest independent full-service HVAC contractor in the Southeast. Additionally, Terry served as Regional General Manager at Carrier Corporation, overseeing a business that exceeded $100 million. Terry holds an MBA in Corporate Financial Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
