Doug Costello

Doug Costello is a seasoned marketing and management professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and construction industries. Currently serving as the Director of 5G Home Internet & Converged at Rogers Communications since September 2021, Doug has previously held roles including Data Analytics Manager and Continuous Improvement Specialist at Kent Building Supplies, as well as Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Manager positions at Irving Energy and Bell, respectively. At Bell, Doug led a team in introducing new consumer product innovations and managed revenue strategies at Bell Aliant, overseeing teams to achieve residential revenue targets in Atlantic Canada. Doug's career also includes managerial roles at JD Irving companies and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of New Brunswick.
