Hong Chen

Hong Chen has extensive experience in network design and engineering, currently serving as a Senior Network Designer in the IMS Platforms and Services team at Rogers Communications since January 2005. In addition to this role, Hong holds the position of Secretary General of the Fuzhou University Alumni Association Committee since November 2017. Prior experience includes a consultant role at Tricrest Professional Services, where network optimization and cost savings were achieved, and a design specialist position at AT&T Canada, focusing on the design and provisioning of various circuits. Hong Chen earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Fuzhou University between 1989 and 1994.
