Muriel Htut

Muriel Htut possesses extensive experience in information security and IT compliance, currently serving as Senior Manager of Cyber Strategic Partnerships & Reporting at Rogers Communications since March 2009, with a focus on Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Prior to this role, Muriel held various positions including Release Manager and Senior Release Analyst, overseeing significant IT deployments. Muriel’s previous experience at Nortel Networks from 1998 to 2009 includes roles such as IT SOX Analyst and Project Manager, where responsibilities involved establishing IT compliance related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and leading finance systems projects. Muriel began a career in sales and marketing at Norampac Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Toronto.
