Rachelle Gooch

Rachelle Gooch currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Product for Voice & Collaboration, as well as Data & Analytics at Rogers Communications since June 2023. Prior to this role, Rachelle held multiple positions at Shaw Communications from August 2014 to July 2023, including Director of Customer Base Management & Retention and Director of Communication, among others. Rachelle's experience also includes a position as Business Development Manager at MysteryShoppa in 2013 and teaching English in Hong Kong from September 2012 to May 2013. Earlier career roles include Division Manager at Triple Flip Inc from May 2008 to May 2012. Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Alberta and completed Hot Yoga Teacher Training at Absolute Sanctuary Koh Samui in 2013.
