Amber Willis

Amber Willis is an experienced executive assistant with a strong background in supporting high-level executives. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the VP CTO and SVP GM of Elastomeric Material Solutions at Rogers Corporation since January 2023, Amber has previously held key roles at MAPFRE, including Executive Assistant to the COO and CFO, as well as the Chief Technical Officer, from December 2018 to January 2023. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Office Support Specialist II for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from August 2016 to November 2018, and various administrative roles at MAPFRE from June 2013 to August 2016. Amber holds a diploma in General Studies from The Woodstock Academy, which was completed between 2005 and 2007.
