Beth Lamothe

Beth Lamothe has over two decades of experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Rogers Corporation since February 2000. Throughout a progressive career at Rogers, Beth has held various positions including HR Manager, Corporate HR Manager, HRIS Manager, and HR Generalist, demonstrating expertise in HR generalist support, human resource system management, and compliance across multiple business functions. Prior to joining Rogers, Beth worked as a Recruitment Specialist for temporary staffing agencies, focusing on recruitment and onboarding. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature and Communications from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Organizational Leadership from Nichols College.
