Neda Ameli

Neda Ameli (Shahi) has a strong background in semiconductor industry and system applications engineering. Neda is currently working as the Director of System Applications Engineering at Rogers Corporation since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Applications Engineering at Maxim Integrated from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they held the position of Senior Manager and later Manager of Applications Engineering at Maxim Integrated from 2008 to 2017. Neda also had earlier roles at Maxim Integrated as an Applications Engineering Supervisor and Customer Applications Engineer from 1998 to 2008. Throughout their career, Neda has demonstrated exceptional skills in cross-functional team leadership, product strategy road map, and building positive customer relations. Neda has successfully led multi-layered system engineering projects, developed high-performing applications engineering teams, and managed new product development and release.

Neda Ameli (Shahi) holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Jose State University. Neda also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Strategism, Inc in 2021.
