Vicente Piedrahita

Vicente Piedrahita has a diverse range of work experience across various companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Senior Director - Global Procurement and Source-to-Pay at Rogers Corporation, where they managed a $550M global Direct and Indirect spend and co-led a 40-person global team. In this role, they were also accountable for delivering margin improvement initiatives and deploying SAP S4 Hana companywide.

Before joining Rogers Corporation, Vicente held multiple positions at TE Connectivity. As the Office of Continuous Improvement (CI) Director, they built and cultivated the CI function within global procurement and supply chain and formed a new team with three direct reports. Vicente also acted as the Global Procurement Strategic Initiatives Director, leading critical projects on profitability, cash, processes, and supplier performance. Additionally, Vicente served as the Global Procurement Director - Sensors Solutions, where they were responsible for New Product Sourcing, Integration, Supplier & Cost Management.

Prior to TE Connectivity, Vicente worked at Measurement Specialties, Inc. as the Global Sourcing Director, developing and institutionalizing sourcing and supplier management companywide. Vicente also served as the Supply Chain Manager at Coinco Coin Acceptors, where they led a 30-member team and reduced inventories by 62%.

Vicente's earlier career includes roles at ABB Power Technologies as the Supply Manager, overseeing purchasing in an engineer-to-order environment, and at Honeywell Aerospace as a Materials Specialist & Strategic Commodity Leader. At Honeywell Aerospace, they participated in the Pathways Rotational Leadership program and provided analytics within the activity-based management program.

Vicente's first professional experience was at General Motors, where they served as an After-Sales & Sales District Manager. In this role, they managed inventory, purchased spare parts, and drove sales performance for multiple dealerships.

Vicente Piedrahita holds an MBA / Master of Global Management degree, focusing on operations, supply chain, Latin America (with a focus on Brazil), and negotiations. Vicente obtained this degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Wichita State University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from 1988 to 1993, specializing in HVAC and Combustion Engines.

In addition to their formal education, Vicente Piedrahita has obtained several certifications throughout their career.
