Charles Griffin

Charles Griffin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel and Corporate Counsel at Rogers Electric since 2017, Charles established the in-house legal function and reports directly to the C-suite as the sole in-house attorney. Prior experience includes working as a Staff Attorney at Troutman Sanders LLP from 2011 to 2014, where focus was on representing lenders, investors, and users in the commercial and multi-family real estate sectors, particularly in dealings involving financial institutions, loan restructures, and foreclosures. Charles holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Mercer University - Walter F. George School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Southern Methodist University.
