Scott Lee has over 20 years of experience in finance, auditing, and tax management. Scott served as the Chief Financial Officer at Rogers Foam Corporation since 2006. Prior to that, they worked as an Audit and Tax Manager at McGladrey, where they led various financial audits for organizations of different sizes and industries. Scott also gained diversified audit and tax experience in both private and publicly held organizations. Before joining McGladrey, Scott was an Audit Senior at Mandragouras, Powers & Company, where they performed audit procedures on key business processes and prepared financial statements and tax returns.

Scott Lee attended Salem High School from 1981 to 1985, where they studied Accounting. Scott then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting from Salem State University from 1986 to 1991. Later, Scott enrolled at Bentley University from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Taxation.
