Amy Fleck brings a wealth of experience in operations and talent management within the insurance industry, currently serving as Administration Operations Leader at RogersGray, A Baldwin Risk Partner since February 2013. Throughout their tenure, Amy has held various leadership roles including Vice President, Director of Talent Management and Vice President, Talent Acquisition & Development Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to training and quality assurance. Prior to joining RogersGray, Amy gained valuable experience as an Account Manager at Travelers and as a Customer Service Representative at Mark Sylvia Insurance Agency. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language & Literature from the University of Maine at Farmington, complemented by studies at Emerson College.
